The Chemical Brother: BRDM2-RKhB (2nd part)

Ok, tardé más de lo debido, pero tenía bastantes cosas que hacer! Aquí está el Chemical Brother después de su paso el sábado por el Campus de Modelismo del IPMS-AMV de Valencia. Llegó en color base más camo y salió tal como véis, con un lateral casi terminado de principio a fin. Mi idea es pintarlo de esta forma, por áreas o secciones, tal y como pinté el Churchill para el próximo libro de Canfora. Por qué? Bien, pues porque teniendo claro qué aspecto final y qué técnicas o colores le voy a aplicar, permite ver en poco tiempo resultados "ilusionantes". En lugar de pasarme todo un sábado pintando picaditas, o filtros, o lavados, sin ver un resultado sólido, esta es una forma de darle la vuelta a la tortilla y ver "algo". Además, se pueden probar cosas que si funcionan, pues bien, y si no, se dejan aparte en el resto de superficies. .................................................................................. Ok, it took more than it should, but I had lots of thing to do! Here it is the Chemical Brother after it went last saturday through the Modelling Campus at the IPMS-AMV in Valencia. It arrived in base colour plus camo and went out as you see, with a side near completely painted. My idea is to paint the little beast this way, by areas or sections, just as I painted the Churchill for the next Canfora book. Why? Well, because having a clear idea of the look, techniques or colours I'm going to use, that allows to get "results" in a short time. Instead of spending the whole saturday making chips, or washes, or filters, with no solid result, that was a quick way to see "something". What's more, you can try things and techniques that are fine if they work, and if not, they won't be pursued in the rest.
